Trade Investment Analysis Group (formerly Tulman Investment
Advisory) was formed in 1985 to manage securities portfolios of high net worth individuals, small businesses and retirement
plans. The current focus of our practice is to provide expert witness services to counsel engaged in securities arbitration
and litigation matters. TIA has been retained throughout the United States. Our experts have provided testimony in both state
and Federal court, administrative proceedings, and in arbitrations before FINRA (formerly NASD), AAA, NYSE, CBOE, and Pacific
Exchange. TIA has been retained to consult regarding the full spectrum of issues frequently in dispute in the financial services
industry including, but not limited to, profit and loss analysis, damages, churning, suitability, standards and practices,
broker/dealer employment disputes, misrepresentations/omissions, supervision and compliance. TIA experts have testified on
behalf of broker/dealers, banks, investment advisors, insurance companies, government agencies and individual investors. Our
experts are experienced in dispute resolution and offer services as arbitrators and mediators.
